Molly's Market specializes in comprehensive event planning, ensuring a seamless experience from the initial concept to the final cleanup. We frequently work with clients to plan birthday parties for kids and adults, bar/t mitzvahs, family reunions, tailgates, anniversary celebrations, retirement parties, baby and wedding showers, corporate gatherings (typically around 100 people or less) and employee appreciation events. At this time we do not offer wedding planning services but are happy to assist with rentals if desired. We work closely with you to develop a unique theme that reflects your vision and bring all necessary items to ensure that vision comes to life. Our team has relationships with a number of professional vendors and handles all communication and coordination of every detail to ensure your event runs smoothly.

1. What is the cost?
The cost is dependent on the size of the event and the number of details that will need to be coordianted and customized. Event planning starts at $400 and includes in person meetings with the client at a neutral site and ultimately the venue of choice, custom development of decor and mock ups, coordination with venue for floor plan and electric, budget breakdown, ordering and setup of all  party supplies and development of invitation and signage with custom graphics. Cost will increase based on the number of vendors involved, complexity of decor and venue considerations. You should expect that cost will not exceed 10% of the total budget of the event.

3. Does the cost include someone attending the event?
We will absolutely be there during the setup window to ensure vendors are familiar with setup details and have the necessary items. Having us attend the event is an optional service that can be provided for $50/hour/attendant. Attendants are present to assist with cleanup, fielding questions of guests, vendors and venue staff, helping to run interactive stations/games and more. We have multiple attendants available with their food handling license to assist with serving, refilling of food and clean up however we do not provide full catering services.
