At Molly’s Market Party Rentals, we take the details, logistics, and vendor coordination off your plate so you can focus on what really matters: celebrating with the people you love. From the initial design concept to the final details of your event, Molly works with you to bring your vision to life while our experienced team and trusted vendor partners handle the behind-the-scenes work. And when the big day arrives? You get to actually attend your own party.
Your Planning Experience Can Include:
We help find the right vendors for your event and handle communication and coordination throughout the planning process.
We create a cohesive design direction and visual mockups so you can see how the pieces will come together.
We’ll meet with you onsite to walk through the space, discuss the layout, and plan for the details that can easily be overlooked.

As part of our planning process, we work with you to create a cohesive design that carries your theme throughout the entire event from the overall look and color palette to the tablescape, signage, activities, food presentation, and finishing touches.
You’ll work directly with Molly for design and planning, including visual mockups to help you see the vision before your event comes together.
Our goal isn't simply to make your party look beautiful. It’s to create an experience that feels intentional, cohesive, and uniquely yours.

We coordinate with your vendors, communicate timelines, think through logistics, and help make sure all of the little details come together seamlessly.

That might mean creating an activity station that keeps kids entertained, designing a thoughtful dessert display, making sure the bar is easy to access, or carrying your theme from the invitations all the way through the smallest table detail.

You Shouldn't Have to Work at Your Own Party
You've spent months planning this celebration. You shouldn't spend the actual event refilling drinks, cleaning tables, managing activity stations, or worrying about what needs to happen next.
That's why we offer event attendants who can help with the hands-on work during your party.
Our attendants can assist with:
- Serving food and beverages
- Clearing tables
- Light cleanup throughout the event
- Managing activity stations
- Keeping event areas organized
- Helping guests
- Supporting the overall flow of the event
Event attendants are an additional service, with a 2-hour minimum at $75/hour per attendant.
Molly will also be onsite for your event as part of full planning services, overseeing the plan and helping ensure everything comes together as intended.
The goal? You get to sit with your guests, enjoy the food, take the pictures, and actually experience the celebration you worked so hard to create.
How Involved Do You Want to Be?
That's completely up to you. Some clients want to be involved in every design decision and vendor selection. Others want to tell us their vision and let us handle the details.
We're happy to work with as much or as little involvement as you'd like.
We'll collaborate with you throughout the process while taking care of the details behind the scenes.
